Replacement for lost/damaged card can be done at any Padini Concept Store with a fee of RM8. You will be getting a new PMC card with a new number. Once done, logon to PMC Online and use the Lost/Damaged Card option to submit request to us to transfer total points balances from your Lost Card to your new Replacement Card.
